Methodology
Every rate this site uses comes from a public circular issued by the relevant Philippine agency. We do not scrape live agency pages — every table is baked in at build time and dated.
Source priority
- SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, DOLE, NWPC, Meralco circulars (PDF or official press release).
- Republic Acts and Labor Code provisions where the formula is statutory.
- Published BIR TRAIN-law tables — with explicit caveats about updates and case-by-case deductions.
Update cadence
Rates typically change annually (effective January for SSS/PhilHealth; whenever a new circular is issued for others). Meralco's generation rate changes monthly. We run a freshness check monthly — the cron verifies each table's source URL has not changed and flags stale tables on this page.
What this site is NOT authoritative for
- Income tax computation for cases outside TRAIN's graduated brackets (mixed-income earners, 8% flat-rate, gross-of-de minimis specifics).
- SSS benefit amounts for non-standard claims (e.g., partial disability, partial EC). Always confirm with SSS directly.
- Visayas/Mindanao electric cooperatives. We currently ship only Meralco rates.
